Role: Marketing Manager & GTM Systems Lead (Project-Based)

Mandate: Engineer a high-velocity pivot from legacy acquisition models to a scalable, AI-led "Fintech-as-a-Service" infrastructure. 

The Narrative: In a saturated financial landscape, growth requires architectural innovation. I was brought in to move the company beyond standard marketing and into a data-led, automated ecosystem.

The Solution: "Right Track" Architecture. While my methodology focuses on human-centric design, this initiative was driven by rigorous technical analysis, AI-driven market intelligence, and a technical SEO architecture.

Key Deliverables:

  • Market Intelligence Analysis: I spearheaded a data-backed strategic analysis to identify a $522B market gap within the automotive finance sector.
  • Strategic Roadmap (The Blueprint). I authored the tactical stakeholder roadmap for integrating Generative AI into the acquisition funnel.   • AI-Driven RevOps: I deployed a "Low-Cost, High-Velocity" architecture that leveraged Python-based automation to capture high-intent traffic autonomously

  • Operational Efficiency: Automated output exceeded the combined capacity of all human SDR teams.
  • Lead Velocity: Scaled to 300+ Qualified Leads (SQLs) booked per month.
  • Strategic Growth: Established a structural baseline for 100% Month-over-Month projected growth and reduced CAC by 66% through system efficiency.
