The Challenge: Selling high-precision metrology hardware online presents a unique friction point: users demand "sub-micron accuracy" proof before engaging. As Marketing Manager, my mandate was to move beyond a standard brochure and architect an interactive digital showroom with an automated lead-processing layer.

The Solution: I engineered a "Technical Proof" Ecosystem. By utilizing a dual-track methodology, I deployed high-fidelity interactive elements to provide quantitative quality proof, paired with a silent Revenue Operations (RevOps) layer to capture and route the resulting global demand autonomously.

Key Deliverables:

  • Conversion-Rate Architecture: I structured the web infrastructure with industrial-specific Schema markup to align with technical search intent, ensuring high-intent engineering traffic was funneled immediately into the showroom experience.   • Automated Revenue Ops (The Engine): I engineered a backend integration using HubSpot and Python-based logic. When a user engages with a technical asset, the system automatically scores the lead and routes it to specific regional sales reps based on IP geography.
  • Interactive Visual Proof (Technical Enablement): To reduce technical friction, I embedded WebGL 3D viewers directly into the browser. This provided instant, data-backed validation of hardware accuracy, allowing engineers to inspect raw scan data in real-time.

Results:

  • Pipeline Velocity: The technical ecosystem contributed to a 200% increase in SQLs (Sales Qualified Leads) within the first 12 months.
  • System Efficiency: "Right Track" automation reduced manual lead entry time by 100%, allowing sales engineers to focus purely on technical closing rather than data entry.
