Role: Marketing Lead

Client: TerraMotus Solutions

Challenge: Users could not easily understand product application or select the correct solution, resulting in low conversion and friction in the buying process.

Solution: Built a system that guides users from product discovery to purchase, capturing and converting inbound demand into sales-ready opportunities with reduced manual sales support.

Integrated product education directly into the buying flow to reduce friction and improve conversion.

System Components:

  • Application-Based Navigation: Products organized by use case (e.g. interior, glass, paint) to match how users search and evaluate solutions
  • Product Education: Embedded guidance reducing friction and improving conversion
  • Conversion Flow Optimization: Structured page layouts that guide users from understanding to purchase
  • Purchase Flow: End-to-end path from discovery to checkout enabling direct conversion
