Polyga S1 Pro: Technical GTM & Automated Quote Infrastructure

The Challenge: I executed a "Digital Pincer" strategy. I balanced high-fidelity technical cinematography with a robust "Right Track" automation layer designed to act as a virtual, 24/7 technical salesperson that provides instant, data-backed validation.

The Solution: A "Premium Logic" Ecosystem I executed a "Digital Pincer" strategy that balanced high-fidelity aesthetics with high-utility automation. I architected a landing page that acted as a virtual salesperson, wrapping hard technical data ("Right Track") in a premium visual narrative ("Left Track").

Key Deliverables:

  • Technical Enablement: I directed integrated product videography that used specific lighting techniques to highlight the machined aluminum finish and build quality—offering "visual proof" of value that static images could not convey. (See the UI/UX Canvases below for the visual breakdown). All proprietary data has been scrubbed or generalized for public case study purposes.
  • The "Right Track" Automated Quote Engine (The Revenue Infrastructure): I removed the friction of the standard "Contact Sales" button by engineering an instant "Get a Quote" tool using WooCommerce and HubSpot integration. This allowed procurement teams to generate official technical PDF proformas instantly, converting interest into paperwork 24/7 without human intervention.
  • Interactive Logic Layer: To support the user's decision-making, I built a dynamic comparison engine. This allowed engineers to stack S1 Pro technical specs against competitors in real-time, providing the logical validation required to justify a premium price point.

Results:

  • Highest Volume Unit: The S1 Pro became Polyga’s best-selling unit of the year.
  • 2X Conversion Rate: The "Right Track" automated quote tool converted traffic at 2x the rate of standard contact forms, significantly accelerating the sales pipeline.
  • Global Reach: The optimized page architecture secured top organic rankings for "affordable industrial 3D scanner," driving consistent global traffic from key engineering markets in Europe and Asia.
