Role: Marketing Manager

Client: Polyga Inc.

Challenge: Inbound traffic was not converting into qualified pipeline. Engineers required technical validation and pricing clarity before engaging, but the existing flow relied on manual follow-up and static content.

Solution: Built a pipeline system that guided users from product validation through quote conversion, lead qualification and routing workflows.

System Components:

  • Technical Validation: Structured product pages that reduce pre-sales friction and qualify high-intent buyers
  • Quote Generation: Structured quote workflows converting inbound users into qualified opportunities
  • Lead Capture & Scoring: User interactions captured and scored in HubSpot based on engagement and buying intent
  • Lead Routing: Qualified inbound leads routed based on geography, engagement, and sales readiness

Results:
