Built an e-commerce pipeline system that guided users from product education to purchase through structured navigation, application-based product flows, and conversion-focused product page.

Integrated instructional content directly into the buying flow to reduce friction and improve decision-making.

System structured to capture, guide, and convert demand without requiring manual sales intervention.

System Components:

  • Application-Based Navigation: Products organized by use case (e.g. interior, glass, paint) to match how users search and evaluate solutions
  • Product Education Layer: Instructional content embedded into product pages to explain usage and reduce uncertainty
  • Conversion Flow Optimization: Structured page layouts that guide users from understanding to purchase
