The Challenge: Executing a high-velocity pivot from manual, unscalable lead qualification to a "self-driving" system capable of handling enterprise-level volume without increasing headcount.
The Solution: A "Digital Pincer" Ecosystem. I engineered a dual-track growth engine. I built the "Right Track" infrastructure using custom backend automation and AI middleware to attract users with logic and capture them through high-performance data routing.
Key Deliverables:
- Autonomous Voice AI (The Infrastructure): I engineered a custom Voice AI agent (utilizing Twilio & Python) that acts as an infinitely scalable sales representative. The system executes outbound/inbound calls, qualifies intent via NLP, and autonomously books appointments directly into sales calendars.
- High-Performance UI/UX Systems: I utilized a "Systems-First" methodology to architect a user journey that prioritizes data-driven micro-interactions, ensuring the automated front-end synchronized perfectly with back-end qualification logic. - Automated Revenue Operations (RevOps): I built a "zero-touch" backend where lead data is instantly synced to HubSpot CRM, scored for intent, and routed to advisors with pre-populated briefing docs, removing 100% of manual data entry.
Results:
- Algorithmic Authority: Achieved Top 10 Google rankings for competitive keywords within 48 hours of deployment.
- Lead Velocity: Scaled to 300+ Qualified MQLs/Month through purely automated funnels, outperforming traditional human SDR benchmarks.
